This is a platform for sharing open research datasets, with its initial inspiration coming from a project to share bedload data derived from impact plates.
It is hoped that by contributing to this site, academic researchers and practitioners can further collaborate and share additional information and gain new insights via access to a growing shared body of data.
A user guide to this portal can be found here: https://sei.thedata.place/dataset/c4d82c23-5f5b-47da-b11a-1cbd0f05c70f/resource/9fa0f6bf-886b-4c33-99bc-f4fa8e89de77/download/using-the-sei-open-data-portal.pdf
The initial funding to create this open access portal and create new visualisations of the data was provided by Sustainable Earth Institute, University of Plymouth (https://www.plymouth.ac.uk/research/institutes/sustainable-earth/creative-associates-2018).
